What is your cancellation policy?
50% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if cancelled after.
What is the payment schedule?
50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival.
Is there a damage deposit?
A pre-authorization of $1000 is held on 1st day before arrival and voided on 3 days after departure.
